I'm Madeleine Owner and creative designer here at MadÂme M and I'm a busy married mom with three amazing kids and fashion is my little happy place on earth. I believe fashion is a way to express ourselves but over the years I have realized that for me it’s so much more than that...Fashion is the way my soul speaks to me and the world around me. When I dress up or down there’s always a message I’m expressing. An uplifting one, thank God! Because like all busy humans, I don’t always feel happy and excited every day that will be crazy right lol.. Exactly the reason why for me fashion always lift my mood.
I often find myself spending hours in my closet, trying to find that perfect feel-good outfit that will express exactly how I want my day to feel. I use the word feel a lot but I can’t help it... it’s the Pisces in me! ;) When I was young I remember how when I finished all my chores on weekend and I would finally shower and put on one of my favorite new outfits...That used to be my favorite time of the day and still is!
So you see, with memories like these I now realize that fashion has been with me for as long as I can remember. It didn’t start just now, but it is only now that I realize that it's my purpose because I don’t want to just wear the clothes..I want to pass on my dream to everyone that wear the clothes that i create and make fashion as a form of expression that others will wear and empower them in the most positive and fun way to express themselves as well as their soul.
