Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Return Process
- Contact customer service at info@madamemus.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Place the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories, and mail it to:

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your store credit. Please allow 14 days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once completed.
Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:
- Bodysuits, undergarments, swimsuits, sale, and final sale items.
For defective or damaged products, contact us at info@madamemus.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
Important Notes
- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Items must be unworn, clean, and free of stains, makeup, or perfume. Only store credit will be issued, which can be used within 60 days on our website.
